David Schreiber, MD

Dr. David Schreiber is the CEO and medical director of Littleton Radiation Oncology, which he founded more than 25 years ago. Dr. Schreiber’s goal is to provide state of the art radiation oncology services in a setting that is comfortable and caring.

Dr. Schreiber was the Medical Director, Department of Radiation Oncology at Porter Memorial Hospital in Denver; served as Assistant Clinical professor of Radiation Oncology at the University of Colorado Medical School, Denver, CO and was Chief Resident, Division of Radiation Therapy, Department of Radiology Stanford University Medical Center, Stanford, CA.

He earned his bachelor’s degree at Stanford University and his Medical Degree at the Bowman Gray School of Medicine, at Wake Forest University.

Dr. Tippin

Douglas B. Tippin, MD, PhD

Dr. Douglas Tippin was born and raised in the US Army. He earned his bachelor’s master’s degrees in chemistry from Baylor University. In 1997, he completed his MD/PhD fellowship at Ohio State University before starting his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Chicago. Dr. Tippin received his Radiation Oncology training at the University of Chicago and the James Cancer Hospital, were he sub-specialized in brachytherapy cancer treatment techniques (surgically-based radiation treatments). Dr Tippin relocated to the Denver area in 2002 and enjoys skiing, scuba diving and martial arts.

Darlene Bugoci, M.D.


Dr. Darlene Bugoci completed her undergraduate education at Duke University, where she majored in Biomedical Engineering. Originally from Ohio, she returned to her home state for medical school at the Ohio State University. In Los Angeles, California, Dr. Bugoci completed an Internal Medicine internship at Cedars-Sinai Hospital, and a Radiation Oncology residency at Kaiser Permanente, where she served as Chief Resident during her final year. Dr. Bugoci has extensive training in partial breast irradiation, hypofractionated whole breast irradiation, IMRT, IGRT, SRS, and SBRT.

Dr. Bugoci is an active member of the American Society for Therapeutic Radiation Oncology (ASTRO), the America Brachytherapy Society (ABS), and the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO).

Dr. Bugoci’s dedication to oncology has a personal foundation. During her childhood years, her brother was diagnosed with terminal cancer. As her patients face similar challenges, she offers empathy and unwavering support while guiding informed decision making. Away from her practice, Dr. Bugoci enjoys snowboarding, biking, cooking, and travel.
